Epic Auctions and Estate Sales, LLC is a licensed FFL dealer.
– All buyers will be required to fill out a Form 4473.
– NICS background checks will be conducted on ALL firearms unless you have a FFL.
– Michigan CPL’s no longer exempt buyers from the NICS Check per a letter issued by the ATF on March 3, 2020.
– Trigger locks will be available.
– Most out of state buyers who pass their NICS check will be able to take their long guns home with them, but handguns will be shipped to an FFL dealer of your choice in your state.
– All guns are sold in as-is condition. We do not guarantee the make, model, caliber, or working condition of any firearm. The absence of a condition report does not indicate that there are no issues with the gun.
LIVE AUCTION TERMS: 10% Buyer’s Premium for live crowd (14% for Credit Cards). 6% Michigan Sales Tax. Tax exempt buyers must fill out a Michigan Form 3372. Not responsible for accidents or items once sold. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantee of any kind. All Sales ARE Final!
ONLINE AUCTION TERMS: 20% online buyer’s premium. Online Pickup will be TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY October 3-4 in LESLIE, MI 49251. There will be no pickups of online purchases on the day of the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can pay at pickup preferably in cash but we will accept credit cards and personal checks with positive ID and thumb print.
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Online purchases can NOT be picked up until Tuesday and Wednesday October 3-4 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Online signup link will be provided along with your paid invoice within 24 hours after the auction. Pickup time slots are on a first come, first served basis.
