This unique assortment of high end audio equipment, vintage electronics, furniture, and household goods came from a 15 room home on a golf course in Grand Rapids. The items have been stored in a climate controlled professional storage and moving company facility for a few years after the owner moved out of state. The owner has hired Epic to downsize his collection and we are offering them at auction from our gallery in Leslie. A good amount of this auction is either new in the box or in like new condition.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: SHIPPING on items 18″ or smaller is available for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION will be on Saturday, August 21. We will be using an online pickup scheduling system. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups are NOT PERMITTED.

Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. We charge $1 per box if you need boxes.

AUCTION TERMS:  A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. All invoices will be charged to your credit card at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup.
