Auction Details
This absolute auction will be online only. All registrations and bidding must be submitted online. The auction will close at 1 PM on the final day unless someone bids in the final minutes. If that happens the auction will extend until no more bids are submitted in the final 10 minutes. There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the final high bids. The real property, the Liquor License, and the Beer & Wine License will be offered in a multiple parcel “multi-par” format. You will be able to bid on the real estate or the licenses individually or in any combination. The combination of bids that results in the highest amount will be the final winner. If the real estate and licenses sell separately, the licenses can be transferred to any other location as allowed by local and state law. The high bidder on the licenses will have 24 hours to sign the purchase agreement and submit payment in full to the auction company. The high bidder for the real estate will have 24 hours to sign the purchase agreement and submit a non-refundable $25,000 earnest money deposit to the auction company.
