Payment due on day of sale. Removal of small equipment on day of sale. Removal of large equipment such as hoists by appointment within 5 business days. Removal of overhead bay doors to be coordinated with Auctioneer once all other items are removed. Auction company will not provide assistance or tools for removal of equipment. Buyer is required to provide all needed labor and tools. Neither owners; trustees nor estate auction firm responsible for accidents nor items once sold.
