Midbrook, LLC, located in Jackson, Michigan has asked Epic to assist them in offering some equipment that they no longer need for their ongoing operations. This is a small auction but we are offering to some great equipment. Everything is being offered in running condition unless noted otherwise. Midbrook is a fabrication shop that specializes in sheet metal fabrication, industrial parts washers, and large scale water bottling equipment. We are offering several 5-gallon water bottling machines ranging from 60 bottles per hour to 600+ bottle per hour. Assorted welders, a Bridgeport machine, a large band saw, a hydraulic punch press duplicator, 2 large air compressors, and more are offered in this auction.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: No shipping available for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION will be by appointment only Thursday or Friday March 16/17 or Mon-Wed March 20-22. Unscheduled pickups are NOT PERMITTED. All items MUST be removed by March 22 unless explicit permission has been given by the seller.
A forklift will be available to assist with loading heavy items. You will need to check in with the receptionist upon arrival and follow all Midbrook, LLC safety protocols. A professional insured rigger will be required for the duplicator punch press and the hydraulic brake.
AUCTION TERMS: A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. No sales tax. All payments will be submitted via wire transfer or certified bank cashier’s check.
