We have 11 delinquent storage units located in Honor, Michigan. Units are subject to redemption by the renter up to the end of the bidding period. Units may be removed from the auction at any time up to the end of the auction.

This is an online only timed auction with a soft close. Bidding will extend if anyone bids in the final minute of each lot. Credit cards will be charged immediately after the end of the auction. $30 fee for cards declined due to insufficient funds. $200 cash deposit required at time of pickup for each unit purchased. Deposits will be returned after units are completely empty and swept clean. Cleanouts must be completed by 5 PM on Monday, November 22 by appointment scheduled directly with the storage unit facility.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Shipping is NOT available for this auction. Local pickup by appointment only.

AUCTION TERMS:  A 20% buyer’s premium and 6% Michigan sales tax will be applied to all winning bids. Tax Exempt bidders MUST provide us with a Michigan Sale Tax Form 3372 to be considered as tax exempt BEFORE the auction. No refunds of sales tax after credit cards are charged. All invoices will be charged to your credit card at the end of the auction. $30 fee for declined credit cards. No payments accepted at pickup.
