This auction will be online only. All registrations and bidding must be submitted online. The auction will close at 7 PM on the final day unless someone bids in the final minutes. If that happens the auction will extend until no more bids are submitted in the final 10 minutes. There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the final high bids. The high bidder for the real estate will have 24 hours to sign the purchase agreement and submit a non-refundable $8,000 earnest money deposit to the auction company.
