This home features a great assortment of beautiful furnishings including furniture, artwork, Asian influence décor, and a great assortment of general household items.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Limited shipping for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION on Saturday, June 18. We will be using an online pickup scheduling system. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups are not permitted.
ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED THAT DAY ONLY. The home MUST be empty that day as the new owners take possession the next day! Any items not picked up will result in a $25 per lot charge to your credit card PLUS $30/hour to remove and haul your items plus any disposal fees. No exceptions. If you win, you are expected to pick up your items and we MUST have the condo empty that day.
Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. There is no sales tax for this auction.
AUCTION TERMS: A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. All invoices will be charged to your credit card at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup.
